Register of electricity storages
 
Art. 43g. paragraph 1 of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 imposes obligations on operators of power systems and on owners of electricity storage facilities.
 
The power system operator is obliged to:
1. Maintain an electronic register of electricity storage facilities with a total installed capacity of more than 50 kW, connected to the distribution network, constituting part of it or being part of a generating unit or end-user installation connected to its network.
2. Update data in the register of electricity storage facilities.

The owner of an electricity storage facility is obliged to:
1. Provide the power system operator with information about putting the electric energy storage facility into operation - within 7 days from the date of putting the storage facility into operation.
2. Notify the power system operator of any change in the data of the electricity storage and electricity storage holder - within 14 days from the date of change in these data.
